Project description: The subject of the project is employee training, which will result in overall growth of the company. The main project objective is to increase the adaptability of employees by increasing the professional level of knowledge, skills and competences of employees, thus ensuring the compliance of the qualification level of the workforce with the needs of the employer in relation to the current labour market requirements.

Project objectives: To increase the professional level of knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce and the match between the qualification level of the workforce and the requirements of the labour market, and to increase the adaptability of older workers. This project is co-financed by the European Union.
