The company Mostecká montážní a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has implemented, in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers, an internal whistleblowing system intended to enable the reporting of possible unlawful conduct.
A report shall mean an oral or written notification made by a natural person containing information about possible unlawful conduct which the whistleblower learned about in connection with work or another similar activity. Reports may also be anonymous; however, protection under the Act may only be granted to identified whistleblowers.
A whistleblower is any natural person who reports or discloses information about violations of legal regulations obtained in connection with the performance of work or another similar activity.
Reports are received and assessed by the designated Competent Person:

Methods of submitting reports
Reports may be submitted:
- in writing, via electronic communication (e-mail) to an address accessible exclusively to the Competent Person: whistleblowing@mostecka-montazni.com
- orally, exclusively to the Competent Person
- through the external reporting system administered by the Ministry of Justice at: https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/. Submission of a report to the Ministry is not conditional upon prior submission through the internal reporting system. The choice of procedure is entirely up to the whistleblower.
Notice: An oral report shall be recorded by means of an audio recording or a written record faithfully capturing the substance of the oral report. An audio recording may only be made with the consent of the whistleblower. The Competent Person shall allow the whistleblower to comment on the record or transcript of the audio recording, if such recording was made; the whistleblower’s statement shall be attached to the record or transcript.
Requirements of a report:
The report must contain the first name, surname and date of birth of the whistleblower, or other data from which the identity of the whistleblower may be inferred. The report must also contain a truthful description of facts indicating unlawful conduct within the Company.
Notice: Protection of the whistleblower under the Act and the obligations of the Company under the Act do not apply to anonymous reports. If the Competent Person within the Company’s internal reporting system receives an anonymous report, such report shall only be archived in the records and no further action shall be taken until the identity of the anonymous whistleblower becomes known additionally.
